Order Fulfillment

We will process your order within 1-3 business days after purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund, or place the item on backorder. During the fulfillment process, please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid any delays.

Shipping Policy

All orders are eligible for free standard shipping in areas serviced by our logistics partners. Please note that this policy may not apply to remote areas in certain countries and military bases. You can confirm shipping eligibility by entering your address at checkout. If we find that your address cannot be serviced after placing your order, we will notify you via the email you provided and offer a solution.

Please note that free shipping only applies to outgoing shipments, and returns will be processed according to our return policy. Additionally, shipping services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package throughout the shipping process. Your shipping information will provide an estimated delivery date; however, this is only an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to various factors. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

Order Completion & Missing Packages

Once the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided at the time of purchase, the order is considered complete. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the responsibility lies with the buyer.

Assistance with Missing Packages: If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify our customer service team within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Collaborative Investigation Process: To ensure a swift and fair resolution, we will immediately initiate a formal inquiry with our shipping carrier to verify the delivery coordinates. Simultaneously, we kindly ask for your assistance with the following:

  • Local Inquiry: Please contact your local post office or carrier station to file a "Missing Package" report.
  • Share Investigation Details: Please provide us with the Carrier Investigation Case Number (e.g., USPS Service Request Number) within 5 business days.

This reference number is a vital component that allows us to cross-reference our carrier's internal report with your local findings. If we do not receive these details or further communication within this timeframe, we will consider the package successfully located and the inquiry closed. Please note that claims or chargebacks filed more than 30 days after the marked delivery date will not be recognized as valid under our established policy.
