  1. Return due to product quality issues:
  • After purchasing the laptop, if your laptop has any quality issues or defects in the product itself, you are eligible to apply for a return or exchange within 3 months from the date of receipt.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories and manuals.
  1. Non-returnable items:
  • Customized or personalized laptops (such as specific hardware configurations) are not returnable unless they are quality defects.
  • Software products are not returnable unless they are unopened or found to be defective.
  1. Damage clause caused by external factors or human factors

Please note that Auusda does not accept returns or exchanges for laptops that have malfunctions due to external factors or human factors. These situations include but are not limited to the following:

  • External force damage: such as physical damage caused by dropping, hitting or crushing the laptop.
  • Liquid damage: Failure caused by spilling water, drinks, or other liquids on the laptop.
  • Humid environment damage: Failure caused by leaving the laptop in an excessively humid environment for a long time.
  • Damage caused by improper operation or misuse that violates the recommended instructions in the user manual.

These types of damage are not covered by our return policy or 2-year warranty. Please ensure that your Auusda laptop is properly used and maintained according to the provided instructions to avoid such problems.

  1. Return Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to a defect in the product itself or our error, Auusda will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
  1. Refunds:
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days and refunded according to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product itself is defective or the shipping is wrong due to our mistake.
  1. Product Warranty:
  • All Auusda laptops purchased on this website come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, during which free repairs will be provided. This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use.
  • To obtain warranty service, you need to contact our website staff and send the device to our after-sales service center at your own expense. Auusda will repair the device and return it to you at no additional shipping cost. Please note that repairs after the warranty period will incur charges.
  • Note: Only laptops and Mini PC products purchased on this website have a 2-year warranty. Most of the products purchased on other platforms only have a one-year warranty. Please consult the platform staff for details.
  • Battery Warranty Coverage: As a consumable component, the performance of the battery naturally degrades over time and with increased charging cycles. In accordance with industry standards, the warranty period for the battery is 6 months. During this period, if the battery exhibits any quality issues not caused by misuse, repair or replacement will be provided. Please note that battery degradation due to normal usage is not covered under the warranty.
  • To request warranty service within the limited warranty period (from the date of receipt of the product), please contact us. You must send the product (in its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection) to the address designated by Auusda. In accordance with applicable laws, Auusda may require proof of purchase before providing warranty service.
  • Before sending the product for repair, you must back up any data, software, or other materials stored on the product. During the repair process, data may be lost or reformatted, and Auusda will not be responsible for any damage or loss of such data, software, or materials.
  1. Restocking Fee:
  • For opened but returned items that are not original or missing accessories, a 10% restocking fee may be charged.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
